DIY Shoulder Puff

It must be the rough windy day that got me to experiment on another crazy outfit. Yet, with Lady Gaga in mind, nothing is too crazy for fashion.



Turned the hood of this striped long sleeved tee into a shoulder puff. How?

1. Tuck the hood to any side of your shoulder.
2. Stuff it with an old pair of stockings (yes!)
3. Pin it to your necklace with a brooch.
